The perfect introduction to gym training designed for our next generation! At SUMMER GYM CLASS' we explore the wide variety of ways we can use and challenge our bodies. From interactive warm ups, team games, dynamic movements and fitness challenges - THE YOUTH PROGRAM wants to both guide and inspire kids towards to healthy relationship with the gym and experience everything it can offer both our mind and body. Our sessions are coach led, adjusted suitably based on age/experience and ability AND promote a supportive team culture.
